All Sales are Final and we do not offer exchange or refund on products purchased from our website.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders once placed cannot be canceled for any reason.
Damages /issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In-Person Pickup:
Please inspect the product thoroughly before you leave our premises. Once you pickup from our store, we will not accept any returns or exchange.
Returns Policy:
We DO NOT accept RETURNS OR EXCHANGES unless there is a defect in the received product or there is a damage during shipping. During an unexpected event of returns due to defect or damage, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp with a picture of the damaged product within 24 hours upon receiving your product. To start a return, you can contact us at 404-981-1079. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Mint Fashion cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping. So please ensure all items being returned are securely packaged. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Mint Fashion reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit if the faulty piece returned does not meet our return policy requirements and it is deemed that care instructions were not followed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned like Sale or Clearance items, and damaged items after trial.
